All you need to know about Camp Kumbaya!!

Camp Kumbaya adopts practices designed to engage children in positive and developmentally appropriate activities that are fun and constructive. We seek to foster an environment where children build strong bonds with their teachers and peers while understanding the importance of contributing to their community.

Our Summer schedule is filled with trips, daily athletic experiences, Arts and Crafts, Christian Education and life skill development.

Day Trips

We take many trips to local area parks and community gems. We will also travel as far as Cape May beach! Our camp also offers many trips where our children can have experiences specific to their age group. We look for every opportunity to broaden their horizons and try new things!

Arts & Education

This summer, we will be exploring Tropical Climates and locales and venturing through time to study the Prehistoric World. Campers will engage in hands on learning experiences as well as freely explore
materials in our thematically curated learning centers.

Sports

Our Athletics Director is committed to not only getting our campers (and staff) moving with fun games and activities, she will also challenge campers to grow in their fundamental skills while learning new sports! This summer, we revive “THE GAUNTLET” which is a full-camp sports tournament that promotes fitness and good sportsmanship.

Christian Education

We will learn to be “Anchored in God’s Word” through an amazing Bible curriculum that incorporates songs, character building lessons, arts and crafts and FUN FUN FUN!!

So, Are you ready to make new friends and have a fun-filled summer???
